3. Earth Element Assessment

Do you feel disconnected from your body or have difficulty maintaining a healthy lifestyle?
Do you experience feelings of instability, insecurity, or chaos?
Do you have difficulty managing your finances or creating financial security?
Do you find it hard to set realistic goals and take concrete steps to achieve them?

4. Ether Element Assessment
Do you feel numb or a sense of disconnect?
Do you struggle with feelings of isolation, loneliness, or a lack of belonging?
Do you ever feel like you have to hide or suppress certain parts of yourself to fit in or be accepted?
Do you resist change or growth, preferring to stay in your comfort zone even when it no longer serves you?
Do you experience a lack of inner peace in your life?

5. Air Element Assessment
Do you have difficulty quieting your mind?
Do you struggle with indecisiveness?
Do you have difficulty communicating your thoughts clearly and effectively?
Do you frequently experience mental fog or difficulty concentrating?
Do you often find yourself dwelling on negative thoughts or feelings?
Results Interpretation
Use the following guidelines to determine which elements may need attention:
Score Ranges:

1 Yes: Well-balanced element; no immediate action needed.

2-3 Yeses: Moderately balanced; consider incorporating some practices for enhancement.
-
4-5 Yeses: Significantly out of balance; focused attention is needed.
The element with the most yeses indicates the area that is out of balance.
