How to Use Your Essential Oils
Aromatic Use (Diffusion)
Add 3 to 4 drops to your diffuser to fill your space with therapeutic benefits. This is perfect for immune support oils like On Guard or calming oils like lavender and bergamot.
Topical Application
Dilute with a carrier oil (like fractionated coconut oil) and apply to pulse points, bottoms of feet, or areas of concern. Deep Blue Rub is ready to use directly on skin. Always test on a small area first.
Internal Use (When Appropriate)
Some doTERRA oils, like oregano and On Guard, can be taken internally—add a drop to water or under your tongue. Look for the supplement facts on the label and follow dosage instructions.
