Phase 6: Reflect

Looking Back to Move Forward

You made it here. And you’ve come further than you probably give yourself credit for.

Most people move straight to the next thing without ever stopping to recognize how much they’ve changed. But this pause matters. It’s how you lock in the work you’ve done and allow it to become part of who you are moving forward.

Take a moment.

You showed up for yourself.
You learned how to listen to your body.
You did work most people never do.

And whether you can fully see it yet or not…

it has changed you.

“You haven’t reached a finish line. You’ve found a way home.”

What This Phase Is About

This phase is about recognizing what’s already changed.

You’ve spent the past weeks listening to your body, restoring energy, processing what’s been stored, and rebuilding how you move through your life. Whether it felt subtle or significant, something shifted.

Now we pause long enough to actually see it. Because most people move on too quickly. They skip the part where change becomes real. Where it lands. Where it becomes part of who they are.

This phase is where you integrate it. Where you stop seeing this as something you did…and start recognizing it as how you live.

You’re not starting over anymore. You’re building from a different place. A body that communicates with you. A nervous system that knows how to come back to calm. A level of awareness you didn’t have before.

This is where you take ownership of that. Not perfectly. Not all at once. But intentionally.

Because this isn’t the end of the process. It’s the point where it becomes yours.

The Journey

Phases You've Moved Through

Phase 1 Awareness

You slowed down and started listening. You learned to recognize your body's signals instead of overriding them and stopped normalizing symptoms. This is where everything began.

Phase 2 Awaken

You gave your nervous system what it had likely been missing for years: safety, rest, and the tools to regulate itself. Breathwork, grounding, and nervous system practices became part of your daily life.

Phase 3 Address

You turned toward what your body was holding and began to process, feel, and release it.

Phase 4 Align

You changed how you relate to your thoughts, your stress, and the stories that shape your experience.

Phase 5 Ascend

You achieve not by doing more, but by continuing what works, staying connected to your body, and knowing how to return to yourself when life pulls you off course.

Your Practice

Look Back

Before you look forward, look back. Growth is hard to see when you're in the middle of it, but when you pause and compare where you are now to where you started, the shifts become clear.

Revisit who you were becoming from Phase 5

  • Who did I say I was becoming?

  • Can I feel any evidence of that person showing up?

  • Where am I still defaulting to old patterns, and where have I genuinely shifted?

Reflect on Your Journey

Grab your journal and sit with these questions. There are no right answers, only honest ones.

  • How do you feel now compared to when you started?

  • What was your biggest shift or aha moment?

  • What surprised you most about this process?

  • What was your favorite tool or practice from this program? ANTs, Wobble, Stress Response, Nervous System Exercises, FEEL Method, Becoming the Observer, Getting Clear and Creating Space, Becoming Your Future Self, etc.

  • What do you never want to stop doing?

  • What would you tell someone just beginning Phase 1?

When you feel off,

start here:

Run through this checklist, most of the time the answer is simpler than you think:

  • Am I drinking enough water and keeping up with my electrolytes?

  • How has my sleep been?

  • What's my stress level and have I been using my tools?

  • Have I been checking in with my emotions or pushing through?

  • Am I moving my body regularly?

  • Have I been getting outside and grounding?

  • Have I been meditating or doing nervous system practices?

  • How has my diet been, am I eating in a way that supports me?

  • Am I in a Wobble?

You know what to do know, trust that.
We're proud of the work you've done.
It's been an honor to be part of your journey.
