Abbie and Amber stumbled across this recipe years ago and spent an entire summer drinking it everyday. It tastes like an indulgence and works like a tonic.
The Recipe Ingredients
2 bags oolong tea
12 oz boiling water
¼ cup unsweetened almond milk (or cashew milk)
1–2 pinches Uahi Electrolyte Sea Salt of Hawaii (about 1/4 tsp)
1–2 tsp vanilla extract
Stevia to taste
½–1 tsp ground cinnamon
1–2 pinches cayenne pepper
Ice cubes
Cold water to fill

Instructions
Steep the two oolong tea bags in 12 oz of boiling water. Let cool slightly, then discard the bags.
Pour the brewed tea into a blender and add the almond milk, mineral salt, vanilla, stevia, cinnamon, and cayenne. Blend well — this is your Shrinker concentrate.
Pour the concentrate into a quart jar. Fill to the top with ice cubes, then add enough cold water to reach the brim.
Lid the jar, shake well, taste, and adjust flavors. Sip on it throughout the day.
🌿 Healing Shrinker Variation
Omit the almond milk and replace with ½ tsp unflavored gelatin, 1 tsp collagen powder, or 1 tsp MCT oil. Dissolve the gelatin into the hot tea first, then blend everything together. This version is ultra-creamy and adds gut-healing, joint-supportive benefits.
Why It Works
Every ingredient in this drink was chosen with intention. Here's what's happening beneath the surface when you sip The Shrinker.
🍃 Oolong Tea
A powerful metabolism booster that sits beautifully between green and black tea. Rich in polyphenol antioxidants, oolong supports fat oxidation, cellular energy, and gut health — making it one of the most functional teas you can drink.
🌿 Cinnamon
One of nature's most potent blood sugar balancers. Cinnamon helps stabilize glucose levels after meals, reducing energy crashes and cravings — while its anti-inflammatory compounds support the cellular healing work happening in your sessions.
🌶️ Cayenne
The thermogenic kick your metabolism needs. Capsaicin — the active compound in cayenne — increases circulation, raises core temperature, and supports fat-burning. It also has a natural pain-relieving effect on inflamed tissues.
🧂 Mineral Salt
Not just seasoning — mineral salt is cellular fuel. It replenishes the trace minerals your body needs to maintain electrical balance, support nerve function, and carry hydration into the cells rather than right through them.
🥛 Almond Milk
Adds richness and creaminess without unnecessary sugars or calories. Unsweetened almond milk is a clean, dairy-free base that softens the spice of the cayenne while keeping the drink light and refreshing.
On Hydration & Electrolytes
Hydration is more than drinking water
Research suggests that up to 75% of Americans are chronically dehydrated, not because they aren't drinking enough, but because water without minerals passes through the cells rather than into them. Electrolytes are the key. Minerals like sodium, potassium, and magnesium act as gatekeepers, pulling water through the cell membrane and keeping it there where it can do its work: fueling cellular energy, clearing waste, and supporting repair.
In our Restoration Program, cellular hydration isn't optional, it's the foundation. Every session and every healing protocol works better when your cells are properly hydrated at a mineral level.
